Visual Designer
Job description
User interface designer is the person who can take on complex features and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs for target user. This person will be responsible for contributing explorations, ideas, user flows, mocks, and visual design for different parts of UX Association’s clients project. This person will work closely with Interaction Designer to deliver state of the art UI which also effective for both business and customer.
Responsibility
Create visual specs and/or redlines for various designed features and deliver materials to engineering teams
Produce pixel perfect artwork from final designs
Produce screen assets at the appropriate sizes for marketing
Collaborate with and support the design team, in curating UI patterns and generating style guides/shared resources
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, process flows, and site maps to optimize for a wide range of devices and interfaces.- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Key Qualifications
Excellent conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Has a lucid and focused vision, keeps a level head, works well in a team, and engenders confidence that assignments are on track.
The ability to collaborate across disciplines.
Excellent ability to understand UX artifacts, business report and development process flow.
Deep understand the art theory and visual hierarchy and constrain of disability.
