Interaction Designer

Job description
The Interaction Designer works with a team of designers, writers, and technologists to articulate the user experience for customers across a multitude of UX Association’s clients project. This role requires deep collaborating with end-users, designers, leadership, product owners, engineers and business stakeholders. To succeed, the designer will need to draw on their significant UX experience, technical platform knowledge, organizational skills, problem solving skills, interpersonal savvy and common sense.

Responsibility

  • Consulting with stakeholders to understand their goals and explaining research results.

  • Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows.

  • Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience.

  • Assisting with content development.

  • Collaborating with researchers to test your designs.

  • Conducting competitor and customer analysis.

  • Revising and updating designs and documentation based on continuing user testing and customer feedback.

  • Applying best practices with strong consideration for accessibility, scalability, and ease of maintenance.
